FOR PLAYERS WHO WANT MORE FOOTBALL


Albion+ is additional development for players aged 7–12 who enjoy football and want more opportunities to play, learn and improve alongside their club football.

Sessions combine lots of contact with the ball, purposeful games and age-appropriate football problems. As players develop, we gradually ask them to see more, understand more and make more of their own decisions.

The environment is energetic, supportive and demanding enough to stretch players without losing the enjoyment that brought them to football in the first place.

WHAT PLAYERS EXPERIENCE:

Albion+ works best for players who are enjoying football and are ready to engage more deliberately with their learning.

They do not need to be the strongest player in their team. They do need to be willing to listen, try things, make mistakes and keep coming back.

Confidence and ability will vary. What matters is that the player wants to improve and can contribute positively to the group.
